Should you need to return an item, please first call customer service at 1-800-277-8888 for a return goods authorization (RGA). Items should be returned in the original condition and packaging; items returned damaged, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in re-sellable condition may not be eligible for return or may incur a repackaging fee. Merchandise returned after 60 days is subject to a 25% restock fee. Non-stock and special orders are subject to manufacturer's acceptance and may incur restocking fees and return freight charged by the manufacturer.
We pack every order with care to protect against damage during shipping; however, on occasion, products are damaged in transit. Carriers must be notified immediately of any concealed damage. It is in your best interest to open your order and inspect for damage upon receipt. If your order is incomplete or damaged, please note any missing/damaged merchandise on the bill of lading and call 1-800-277-8888 as soon as possible. Failure to provide timely notification will result in our inability to file a freight claim for your credit.
