Since our founding we have seen changes in almost every area of our business. Products, customers, staff, internal procedures, and the cabinet industry itself has changed dramatically over the years. What hasn't changed is our commitment to be the woodworking industry's service leader. We are constantly raising the bar on our goals so that we can continue to meet or exceed our customers' service expectations.

In the last seven years we have nearly doubled our workforce to meet the demand of our customers. We have also doubled our warehouse space and added a computerized shipping center to provide faster, more efficient shipping of orders. We are constantly making changes to better serve our customers.

Ease of ordering:

We can take orders over the phone, internet, email or fax. We want your business, and we're willing to do the extra work so you don't have to.

Shipping and Pick-Up Options:

We offer a wide range of LTL and standard freight carriers, in addition to Our Truck, for local routes around Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville. The most important thing to us is getting you what you need, when you need it. Most stock orders will ship same day, if ordered before 3pm CST.
 
In addition, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our showrooms (Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville) with an Express Pick-up option in Birmingham, for even faster service (prepaid/net account orders only).

 

Open credit line:

If you qualify, our credit reps can help you open a line of credit with us to allow you to pay for your orders monthly. We can also send statements via mail, fax, or email - whatever you prefer.

 

Price breaks:

If you are in the cabinet trade, you may qualify for wholesale pricing with us (contact us for more information). In addition, buying box quantities of your frequently-used items will often reduce your price.

Our Cabinet Accessory Guide is not for OUR customers, it's for YOURS! Put your business card on the back and it automagically becomes your decorative hardware retail catalog!

Request a Retail/Homeowner Internet Account to allow your customers to pick out their hardware online. If they place an order on the account, it goes to you for approval. This is a great new way to offer your customers everything we sell, without having to carry the overhead for a showroom or even having to make space for display boards.

 

Dedicated customer service reps:

When your account is set up, you are assigned an inside customer service rep, with whom you can work exclusively. You'll have an individual - not a computer - to call when you need help. Your inside rep will receive and review your fax and online orders, and call to alert you of back orders or other product issues.

Also, where applicable, you will be assigned an outside sales rep, who will visit at regular intervals to show you new product offerings, and help you find the right products for your applications. (Applies to cabinet shop customers within our coverage area only.)

 

We are in the service business:

We don't just sell cabinet hardware here! Our team of friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable customer service reps works with you to help find the right products for your applications, offer installation suggestions, and streamline your procurement process, while maintaining honesty, integrity and a good attitude every step of the way. In addition, we can provide you with marketing tools targeted to your customers, and set up automatic alerts to email or fax you when your order is ready to ship.
